I am very vocal about the fact that I struggle with depression and social anxiety, but I don't think I have ever sat down and shared everything with anyone. With everything that's happened this week, I felt that it was more than necessary that I do this. Be honest, share my story, and maybe help someone than live in fear of being perceived as weak. I hope my experiences make you feel a little less alone.
